So, Mom Snooks used the No7 Lift & Luminate skincare range for two and a half weeks now so its time for an update in mid-month and skincare questions answered dermatologist Dr. Mike Bell.
First, lets take a look at the 'before' picture and compare it with a picture I took of mom Snooks this morning –
(Please note that some 'cold and felt sorry for herself, and that is why it is looking a little' sad already in the 'after' photo)
The first thing I noticed was how much more even skin tone is now. His cheeks are so pink and bags under the eyes are much less defined. We also noticed how much more 'plump' his face is – her bags are fewer cables, and her skin is as if her had a drink high humidity. Did not notice a difference between the fine lines as of yet (although almost none), but there are still two more weeks left of the process to see the difference.
Preferred Product mom Snooks' in the range up to now is the day cream. Has the consistency and thickness more perfect for everyday wear under makeup and contains a SPF 15 which protects the skin all day from sun damage. This moisturizer smells divine and feels luxurious, with heavy glass packaging milk and white look. The day cream also has a slight (barely perceptible) reflections that adds illumination face after applying and makes skin look dazzling when worn with concealer / foundation.
My mom and I jotted down some of our questions skin care non-answer to ask Dr. Mike Bell and the answers from him are below – in addition to your skincare questions answered.
Q – What is beingst way to eliminate dark circles under the eyes, and what is the best way to prevent them?
A – There are a variety of ways to eliminate dark circles under the eyes, including fixes as stimulation frozen spoon on the eyelids or just get a good night's sleep. It is believed to be caused by a combination of poor circulation under the eyes and blood vessels, which are much more evident because of the thin skin and delicate.
Very gentle massage of the area under the eyes with a similar No7 Lift & Luminate Eye Cream with light reflective particles to camouflage and peptides to help strengthen the skin over time reduces the swelling and the appearance of dark circles with constant use.
Other suggestions:
- Make sure you do not get a good night's sleep and stay chilled. This will improve overall complexion-stress deviations in blood to vital organs leaving you with a paler skin tone and dark circles more obvious
- Avoid rubbing the eyes, which can damage the small blood vessels undereye, making them more permeable.
- Use an eye cream to moisturize and help strengthen the skin, making it more resistant to trauma
Q – What is the best way to reach blackhead free skin? What is the best type of cleanser to use? What should really make points blacks – squeeze it out or leave them?
A – The key to reducing the points blacks leather is long-term care routine skin smooth. Clean thoroughly once a day, perhaps with No7 gentle cleanser foam, and exfoliate with a gentle exfoliator like No7 Microdermabrasion Exfoliator. Furthermore avoid oil-based make-up as these can contribute to the enhancement of the oil. Squeezing points blacks could cause scarring or even push the dirt deeper into the pore, try to steam your face over a bowl of hot water to draw impurities on the skin surface and thoroughly clean after.
D – If you need to modify products for skin care, as you get older?
A – Absolutely – as you age, your skin changes too and requires different things. This is the reason for No7 has become the leading brand in segments clearly our anti-aging skin care varies by age. For example, a 25-35 year old should use No7 Protect & Perfect, 45-60 years compared with a year that he would use No7 Lift & Luminate.
